Right now there is nothing to refund. The Chill Project is in pre-launch. We are not selling or shipping anything yet, and we are not taking payment. Joining a waitlist costs you nothing but an email address.

When we open for sale, this page will carry a real refund policy - plain language, real timelines, real terms. We will not publish those terms before they are true.

Until then: no charges, no orders, no returns. Just a list of people we email the second a product is real.
